Safety Warning of Mine Conveyor Belt Based on Binocular Vision

چکیده

For the wear and damage to mine conveyor belts by foreign materials, such as large this paper designs a volume measurement method for materials based on binocular vision of material inon belt, provides safety-warning data over-volume limits belts, prevents belts. In design, first, obtaining camera parameters improve image-edge information, images taken with were then aligned Bouguet stereo correction algorithm. Finally, disparity map was calculated semi-global-block matching (SGBM) matching, get target 3D coordinates, measurements performed micrometric method. The study shows that experimental error remains at about 5.65%, which low-cost raw-coal-volume well industry coal-mine belt conveyor.
